Refund & Return Policy

At Letterman Standard, we build sports-nutrition products for families who care about trust, transparency, and quality. We want you to feel confident about what you put in your athlete’s routine. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Parent Confidence Guarantee

For first-time customers, we offer a 30-day Parent Confidence Guarantee on your first purchase of one eligible product.

If you try a Letterman Standard product and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.

To qualify:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from Letterman Standard or an authorized seller.
  • No more than half of the product may be used.
  • The request must include your order number and reason for the request.
  • The guarantee applies to one opened product per household.

This guarantee does not apply to bulk orders, wholesale orders, team orders, gift cards, final-sale items, limited promotional items, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

2. Unopened Product Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, safety-sealed, in resalable condition, and returned with prior authorization from our support team.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item.

3. Opened Products

Because our products are ingestible, opened supplements generally cannot be returned for a standard refund. Opened products may qualify for the Parent Confidence Guarantee, store credit, or replacement if the request meets the conditions above.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or credits if we believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, a description of the issue, and the lot number and expiration date, if applicable.

If approved, we replace the item, issue store credit, or refund the affected product. Letterman Standard covers reasonable return shipping costs when the issue is due to our error.

5. Adverse Reactions or Product Concerns

If you believe you experienced an adverse reaction, stop using the product and consult a qualified healthcare professional. Please contact us with your order number, product name, lot number, expiration date, and a description of the concern so we can review the matter.

This policy does not replace medical advice or emergency care.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be canceled, skipped, or modified through your account portal or by contacting support before the next order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled retroactively. However, eligible products may still qualify under this Refund & Return Policy.

7. Shipping Issues

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery address, mailbox, building office, porch, neighbors, or carrier delivery photo before contacting us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, but we do our best to help you work with the carrier.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless required by law or unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final-sale or clearance products.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Bulk, wholesale, team, or school orders.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • Products with missing safety seals, altered labels, or signs of tampering.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

9. How to Start a Return

Please do not send products back without written return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

10. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval or receipt of the returned item, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase applies to that order.
